Who We Are — The BuildEng LLC Story
BuildEng LLC — formally known as Build Geotech Engineering Group — was founded in Houston, Texas in 2016 with a single mission: to provide engineers, developers, and contractors with accurate, reliable geotechnical and environmental data they can build on with confidence.
What began as a focused geotechnical testing practice has grown into a full-service engineering and consulting firm serving clients across the entire state of Texas and into Arizona. Today, BuildEng LLC supports projects ranging from single-family residential foundations to large-scale commercial developments, municipal infrastructure, and oil & gas facilities.
We built this company on the belief that engineering should be straightforward, transparent, and client-first. That means clear proposals, honest timelines, and reports that actually answer the questions your design team needs to move forward — not boilerplate documents full of caveats.
Since 2016, our team has completed hundreds of projects across Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Fort Worth, Midland, Odessa, and beyond. Every report is signed and sealed by a Texas-licensed Professional Engineer.
